Victor Fenhaus, Adrienne Denes and Kikue Lawson of Lakewood, Colorado spent the weekend with Curt and Joyce Temple. They enjoyed fishing on Big Stone Lake and touring the Coteau des Prairie south of Sisseton on Saturday. On Sunday morning they visited with Roger Fenhaus while he was working calves with Dallas Schmeling in a pasture south of Blue Cloud Abbey. That afternoon they were dinner guests of Shawn and Christine Cameron in their home in Watertown. The Colorado people left from there for their homes with stops at the Corn Palace in Mitchell, the Badlands and Mount Rushmore.

Fred and Erma Maxwell had a visit from their grandson, Brian Maxwell of Britton. He brought pizza to share with them.

Tuesday Jim and Carol Hutchins attended Katy Hutchins' soccer game in Watertown.

Luella DeGreef, Arnie Speich-inger attended the Gapp Anniversary and later helped Danielle DeGreef celebrate her 18th birthday.

Becky Johnson, Jacque Cameron and Jada attended the Hogg-Cashway Food show Wednesday in Aberdeen. Following the show they visited with Shelley Smith and Jessica (Rook) Hed and Addison.

Greg Skoglund of Watertown was a Monday afternoon visitor at the Donn Bassett home.

Lois Eastman will entertain her bridge club Thursday.

Charla Ward of Browns Valley visited at the Betty Ward home on Tuesday evening.

Violet Rider and Dorene Mueller visited the Diane French's home in Summit.

Mike Bellus of Odenton, Maryland was an overnite guest of Dorene Mueller home.

Gene and Judy Frerichs spent the weekend at the Jason and Brenda Ramstad home. They brought Daniel home with them to spend the week while his parents are out of town. They also stopped to visit with Eric and Christy Schultz at Sanford Hospital were they met their new great granddaughter who is named Kaylie Lou.

Sunday guests of Glenn Smith at the Golden Living Center in Milbank to help celebrate his 84th birthday were Bev Lentz of Bird Island, MN, Jack Johnson, Jayden and Keaton, James and Becky Johnson, Makayla and Erica of Milbank, Dezeray Johnson, Glenda Smith, Becky Johnson, Casey and Jacque Cameron and Jada, Chuck and Gladys Miller, Verne Smith and Gertrude Crown of Wilmot.

Amy Thennis and girls, Alpha BeGay, Betty Ward and Mason attended a meeting in Water-town on Saturday.

Sunday afternoon lunch guests at the Dorene Mueller home were Roger and Elaine Huff of Aberdeen and also Violet Rider, Leon and Shirley Jurgens.

Arlan and Anita Holm, Hannah and Hayden Weaver of West Fargo, ND, Jacob Huff of Watertown and Nancy Kimmel were dinner guests at the Bob Kimmel home Sunday.

Ethel Thielman celebrated her 99th birthday on Wednesday, September 23. Ethel enjoyed the two parties given by Allen and Kay Slaathaug and Russell and Karen Thielmann of Wilmot. The first was held at the Wilmot Care Center in the afternoon followed by supper at Pizza Ranch(one of Ethel's favorite dining-out places) in Milbank. Local guests were Arlene Hansen, Gladys and Chuck Miller, Ethel's friends, Care Center Residents and staff. Out of town guests were Dennis Thielmann of Nevis, MN, Granddaughter Denise Crandall of Akeley, MN, Great-granddaughter Tiffany Crandall and Great-great-grandson William of Walker, MN, Sister Jean Flipp of St. Paul, MN and Jeanne Gibbs of Woodbury, MN, Brother Lloyd and Shirley Smith, Gary and LaVonne Mueller, Noel and Diane Cummins of Milbank, Karen Riedel of Watertown, Earl and Corrine Hanson, Pastor Schultz, Leslie and Malie Quade of Corona, Velma Slaathaug of Summit and Darlene (Hein) Fischer of Groton.

Wayne and Faith Sandbakken met the Kevin Anderson family of Jackson, MN in Watertown for dinner on Sunday.
