Ewing Promoting Newest Book

Hays resident Roger Ewing is busy promoting the release of his newest book, "It is Written the Shocking Downfall of the USA."

The book suggests national defense should be the American government's top priority.

"This book is written to prevent the downfall of the U.S.A.," Ewing said. "That is the message I was trying to put out."

Ewing draws on his experience as a captain in the U.S. Air Force. He served for four years and spent time in Britain, where he worked as a division inspector of weapons systems and disarmament.

The book also examines end-times theology and possible conflicts between military enemies.

The political book is the second work Ewing has authored. His first book, "Powerful Guide to Living the Good Life," was published in 1998.
