Vandals hit Arlington

The Sibley County Sheriff's Office and Arlington Police Department took several complaints of property damage within the city on Sunday, Sept. 13. The damage occurred between the evening hours of September 12 and the early morning hours of September 13.

Citizens, businesses and the City of Arlington had property vandalized with graffiti which was painted with black spray paint. Areas affected were Sibley East High School, Arlington Baseball Park, Fairview City Park, Liberty Auto Station as well as private residences and vehicles in those areas.

Anyone with information about the damage are asked to contact Sibley County Sheriff's Office at 507-237-4330 or the Arlington Police Department at 507-964-5200.
