Resolution Adopting Proposed

Property Tax Levy

Resolution Approving 2009 Tax

Levy, Collectible 2010

Be it resolved by the council of the City of Winthrop, County of Sibley, Minnesota, that the following sums of money be levied for the current year, collectible in 2010, upon taxable property in the City of Winthrop, for the following purposes:

Total Levy $580,052

The city clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the county auditor of Sibley County, Minnesota.

ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Winthrop, Minnesota; this 8th day of September, 2009 to wit:

AYES: Edwards, Pelletier, Machaiek, Muth, Longbrake

NAYES: None

PRESENT-NOT VOTING: None

ABSENT: None
