La Bella Café opens in Old Town

La Bella Café is now open at Old Town Center for the Arts in Old Town Cottonwood at the corner of Fifth street and Main in Old Town Cottonwood.

Enjoy fresh selections appropriate to the seasons prepared by Chef Wayne. Find healthy choices that are perfect for every type of appetite.

According to a press release, Chef Wayne has been running restaurants for a long time and started in his grandfather's-. From there, he did his time in Pizza shops and after 13 years moved on to a gourmet Italian restaurant, along with resorts, learning everything he could.

Chef Wayne always wanted a restaurant of his own, "and when he moved to Arizona to live near his dad, he decided Cottonwood would be a great place to have a restaurant.

Meeting Chef Francisco of Green Garden was pivotal, and the opportunity opened for this dream. Wayne is the chef de la cuisine, and his wife, Sarah, is the pastry chef and house manager.

Chef Wayne's produces both vegetarian and nonveg-etarian choices with reasonable prices. His inspired menu features sumptuous lunches and dinners, wraps, soups, smoothies, desserts and daily specials.

The menu of eclectic cuisine features flavors of the region with an international flair. La Bella is a wonderful place to enjoy for dinner before performances at Old Town Center for the Arts, stated the release.

Chef Wayne will always do what it takes to make people happy. The motto of the restaurant is the menu is a guideline. He states - if you don't see something you like, he will make something just for you, if he has the makings.

The ambiance of La Bella is unique and comfortable and even provides the modern conveniences of Wi-Fi. Entertainment is found there often, and every Monday night you can enjoy Open Mic night.

La Bella café is open 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Mondays through Saturdays, and as an added bonus, if you dine at La Bella prior to attending a performance at the Old Town Center for the Arts, you will have reserved seats for the performance.
