CopyPUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustment of the City of Larchwood, Iowa. The hearing will be held at the Larchwood City Hall located at 909 Broadway in Larchwood, Iowa, immediately following the regular council meeting which begins 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 7, 2010.
The purpose of this hearing is to solicit citizen input on a proposed variance application for a house on the property located at 718 Geiser Street, legally described as Lots 4 and 5 of Block 8 of the Original Town of Larchwood and the property located at 820 Blaine Street, legally described as Southview First Addition, Lot 4, for a variance for a deck.
Any persons wishing to be heard on this matter will be afforded the opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be accepted through the day of the public hearing at 909 Broadway. Oral questions or comments can
be directed to the City of Larchwood zoning Administrator at 477-2366 or citylarchwood@alliancecom.net.
