Turtle Mountain Star of Rolla, North Dakota
Kelsey Halvorson, the daughter of Gail and Bill Mongeon and Rod Halvorson has been selected as Rolette's March Student of the Month. Kelsey is a sophomore. She participates in volleyball and has consistently been on the A Honor Roll. Kelsey is currently busy after school making Quilts of Love during the 21st Century program.
